Our Services

Moving Minds carries out assessment and treatment of individuals suffering from psychological conditions.  In contrast to our competitors, all of our services are coordinated and case managed by a single specialist provider as part of our integrated interdisciplinary approach to all aspects of treatment.  We accept referrals from:

  • Corporate Bodies: Motor and Liability Insurers, Case Management Companies, Physical and Vocational Rehabilitation Companies.
  • Employers who wish to support the psychological needs of their workforce and to reduce employee absences due to psychological ill health.
  • Personal Injury Solicitors who act on behalf of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claimants, combat veterans and survivors of abuse.
  • NHS: Moving Minds provides psychological therapies compliant with the Department Of Health (DOH) program of Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT).
  • Individuals who want to refer themselves (Moving Minds Personal).

All of Moving Minds’ psychological treatments strictly adhere to guidelines set by the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE).  In addition, Moving Minds also offers COPE, telephone based psychological management, a low-cost, high-value alternative to face to face treatment which can be effective for low-value claims as well as for interim support before a claim is settled.  Our Telephone Triage Service can also be used when there is uncertainty surrounding whether a client has psychological problems.

We also offer an innovative Chronic Pain Management Service which uses a combined treatment approach to address the social, physical and vocational components of pain simultaneously.  Additionally, Moving Minds’ Critical Incident Management provides a range of support services, including trauma helplines.  Our Vocational Assistance Service assists claimants in reactivating to employment after a prolonged absence.

More detailed descriptions of each one of these services can be found in the side panel on the right.  We are happy to discuss any potential cases on a no obligation basis in order to inform your decision-making process.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
